The bed was comfortable and the gardens were lovely. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby wineries and a beautiful walking trail right at the doorstep. We also enjoyed the spacious and well-appointed room, complete with interesting furniture made of exotic timbers.
The maintenance of the gardens and features could use some improvement, and there were a few minor issues with broken door latches and peeling paint surfaces in the room. these were small criticisms that were outweighed by the many good features of the hotel.

The gardens and outdoor spaces were absolutely beautiful, with plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast area had a good selection of cereals, pastries, and fruit, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring the wineries in the area, and there was a long walking track nearby that offered scenic views and a chance to see some local wildlife.
Some areas of the guest house were in need of maintenance, with broken door latches and peeling paint surfaces. The decor in the rooms felt a bit dated, and the couch was not very comfortable.

Eggs for breakfast would have been good. The crumpets were ok. Breakfast could be improved.

The hotel's location in the area allowed me to take advantage of the nearby wineries and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The spacious and well-maintained garden provided a peaceful and private atmosphere. The breakfast offered a variety of options including fresh fruit and warm croissants. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The beautiful big windows that look out to the gorgeous gardens.
The dirty dishes left on many of the dining tables as we had our breakfast at 10.30. I presume waiting for the cleaner to pick them up as she arrived at 11. Not impressed!

The location of the hotel is surrounded by greenery, providing plenty of privacy. it is close to wineries in the area, perfect for wine enthusiasts. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice and large, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast served is tasty, with warm croissants and fresh fruit. the beautiful outlook from the room and pretty gardens add to the overall experience.
Some aspects of the hotel, such as the curtains or blinds, may not have been regularly checked, resulting in dead insects being found.
